RIPPERS

STRAIGHT & CURVED TINE RIPPERS / SUB SOILERS 620 SERIES

  • The primary soil tillage machine is mounted on the tractor’s hydraulic lifting unit and universal three-point linkage system, for easy transportation
  • The mounting tower has been welded at 90°on a “V” Frame constructed out of 100mm x 150mm x 10mm rectangular tubing. The tine assemblies are bolted on for easy row spacing to the user’s requirements
  • Mainly used for breaking and aerating wheel tracks and hard core underground banks (plough banks). and these rippers / sub soilers break the “plough bank” and can work from 350mm to 750mm, allowing moisture, nutrients and the roots of the plant to penetrate deeper
  • These rippers / sub soilers come in various models and sizes from 1 tine to 7 tines, straight and curved tines and different working depths from 350mm to 750mm
  • The design of the tine allows for minimum soil disruption / disturbance, preserving moisture in the soil.
  • Tines are protected by a shear bolt protection system and the shear bolt is easily replaced when the tine encounters any obstruction.

    BPI AUTO RESET HEAVY DUTY RIPPER / SUB SOILER 350 & 550 SERIES

  • Two models are available with working depths from 300mm up to 550mm deep.
  • The shape of the tines provides good penetration in hard, dry soil conditions. Components are heat-treated to stand up to the tough conditions these Rippers / Sub Soilers work in
  • The auto-reset tines and auto reset leaf spring protection maximises strength and durability in tough conditions. In hitting an obstruction, individual leaf springs allow to trip and ride over the obstacles, returning to their original position
  • tine spacing of 300mm is effective in most conditions, but tine position can be adjusted to suit different situations
  • The “bolt-on” bracket provides a flexible construction with possibilities to adjust the tine spacing and have the option to increase the number of tines, enabling the user to rip / sub soil the land completely
  • A robust roller is available that breaks up clods and seals in moisture.
